Looking at it for a few, I suddenly realized the bag makes a fantastic Medium aid kit. The cross was dressed up and painstakingly filled in with silkscreen medium. With it fitting securely to your back with MOLLE, its incredibly comfortable. As a medic myself, I can tell you few things in and out of the military offer the comfort and functionality of this setup. The contents include items to address small to large trauma.
