DSI first aid Surgical and Suture Kit provides the essentials needed to perform minor surgery or suturing in the field. All the instruments are made of surgical stainless steel. A big difference in our kits to many competitor kits is that we use only FRESH DATED Hospital Grade Sutures, not old military surplus or expired sutures found in other kits we have seen.
